Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Full Stack Java Software Development Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Design and build new software tools and systems on the Private Cloud or Public Cloud
• Work with QA team, product owners, Scrum Master and Story Authors to understand and define requirements.
• Solve problems and understand good software development practices

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• MS or equivalent in Computer Science is preferred
• Practical experience with Java 8, OOP and Design Patterns
• Deep understanding of Micro services design, build and operations of Micro services in production environment using a API Management Tool
• 3 years of hands on experience in building Micro services using Spring Boot and Java 8
• Experience with Spring Security and Oauth2
• 5-8 years of experience building feature-rich customer facing web applications
