Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Fun Expert Agent will assist guests in the booking journey by answering vacation planning questions, troubleshooting technical issues related to the company's website, and converting sales calls into cruise bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Handles incoming calls from guests and travel advisers, providing assistance with technical issues and pre-sale transactions
- Converts sales calls into cruise bookings by documenting consumer preferences and submitting leads to the outbound sales team
- Participates in ongoing training and team meetings, contributing to collective success during peak times
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma is required
- 6 months to 1 year of previous sales and customer service experience is required
- Must be able to work a schedule of 1:30 PM - 10 PM during the week and 1 weekend day shift from 9 AM - 6 PM EST
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and high-speed internet; WiFi-only setups are not permitted
- Initial training lasts for 7 consecutive weeks, with specific schedules for the first and second phases
