Job Summary
A non-emergency medical transport company is filling a position for a Remote Functional Assessments and Travel Training Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading team of direct reports
- Managing and understanding all aspects of each client contract
- Planning continuously for growth and issue resolution
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Conduct individualized one-to-one field training sessions
- Bachelor’s degree or experience and specialized certifications
- 6+ years of experience managing an operation
- 3+ years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
- 8+ years of previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience and knowledge with the Americans with Disabilities Act
