Job Summary
An equity and venture capital firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Fund Accounting Controller in San Jose.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee Fund financial audits
- Prepare and review Quarterly Fund Financial Statements
- Prepare and review Capital Account Allocations
Position Requirements Include:
- Eight (8) or more years of experience in VC/PE accounting
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks and control gaps in processes
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field
- Demonstrated ability to drive the implementation of new technology
- Experience in managing a team of accountants
