Job Summary
A litigation finance firm is in need of a Remote Fund Controller.
Must be able to:
- Oversee timely completion of accurate LP reporting across all funds in accordance with fund agreements
- Manage overall audit relationship, handle escalation points and manage responses on technical questions/issues
- Complete ownership of general ledgers, quarterly financial statements, investor allocations, capital account statements, and portfolio summary reports
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field
- 10+ years of experience in CFO/CCO or equivalent role
- Strong analytical skills and has experience with calculating performance analytics, producing / facilitating client reporting
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks and control gaps in processes and successfully deliver process improvements
- Experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Alternative Investments
- Experience building out operational and back office processes for investment funds
