An international law firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Fund Formation Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Advising private fund sponsors or limited partners in connection with private fund formation, operational matters, and regulatory matters
- Preparing and reviewing fund marketing materials
- Negotiating fund partnership agreements and side letters
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be adept with major MS Office products and have a familiarity with working in a law firm environment
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Excellent judgment and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Strong legal reasoning
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
