Job Summary
A technology and product development company has an open position for a Remote Funding Operations Head.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a robust, repeatable operation to raise capital via equity and crypto token rounds
- Successfully execute equity raises and token sales
- Establish and deepen relationships with current and prospective investors
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5+ years of experience in capital raising
- Proven track record of sustainable success in capital raising
- 2+ years of crypto token related offerings, including ICOs
- Experience with related legal documentation
- Extremely refined communication skills
- Command presence with audiences of all levels
