Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Fundraising and Marketing Technology Platform Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing leadership in establishing, evolving, and operating a metrics-driven, framework-based, global IT operation
  • Establishing key performance indicators and service level agreements
  • Leading issue resolution and Incident Management activities as delegated by team leadership

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 7+ years of work experience as leader in an environment operating commerce and/or content management platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or another related field or its equivalent
  • Adobe Experience Cloud Skills
  • Have exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
