Job Summary
A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Fundraising Development Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive broader awareness and philanthropic support for the organization
- Manage a diversified portfolio of individual, corporate, foundation, and government prospects
- Maintain deep philanthropic relationships with a portfolio of leading high net worth individuals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel by car or plane up to 30% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of development and fundraising experience
- 4+ years of major gifts experience
- Ability to grow donor prospect base and securing six and seven figure institutional gifts and grants
- Experience leading annual giving programs and campaigns, with emphasis on digital fundraising
