Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone fundraising calls to solicit donations of $5,000 or more, following a provided script
• Participate in mandatory training sessions and maintain a flexible schedule to choose shifts each week
• Utilize computer proficiency to manage fundraising software and track donations effectively

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of current global events, particularly humanitarian crises
• Previous experience in sales or fundraising with a proven ability to close donations
• Access to a computer or laptop with a headset and a reliable internet connection
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive customer service attitude
• Must be a US citizen residing in specific states (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Illinois, or California)
