Remote Fundraising Representative

Job Summary

Passionate about the Performing Arts, the part-time Remote Fundraising Representative will engage with Carnegie Hall concertgoers and current/lapsed donors to raise funds, utilizing their fundraising/sales experience in a fully remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with leads to close sales and raise funds for Carnegie Hall's music education and outreach programs
• Follow a provided script while maintaining an authentic and persuasive communication style
• Participate in coaching sessions and accept feedback to improve call quality and productivity

Required qualifications

• Fundraising or sales experience is required; a background in the Performing Arts is highly preferred
• Must be available for paid training on specified dates
• Ability to work 16 hours per week during designated time slots
• Must have a desktop or laptop, high-speed internet, and a headset with a microphone
• Articulate and persuasive with a proven ability to close sales and raise money
