Job Summary
A high-quality home products retailer is in need of a Remote Furniture Customer Service Associate in the Braselton Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Providing product information and successfully negotiating and appeasing customers
- Checking inventory, processing returns, issuing replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Occasionally come on site for meetings and training with advanced notice
- Must live within 1.5 hours of the Care Center
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems and internet pages
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
- Training class begins April 23rd - May 11th (9 am - 5:30 pm) or (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)
