Job Summary

A high-quality home products retailer is in need of a Remote Furniture Customer Service Associate in the Braselton Area.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
  • Providing product information and successfully negotiating and appeasing customers
  • Checking inventory, processing returns, issuing replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Occasionally come on site for meetings and training with advanced notice
  • Must live within 1.5 hours of the Care Center
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems and internet pages
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
  • Training class begins April 23rd - May 11th (9 am - 5:30 pm) or (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)
