Job Summary
A financial software development firm is in need of a Remote FX Wire Operations Specialist III.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring daily wire assignment(s) are completed within the allotted timeframes
- Performing research in response to inquiries from our internal clients
- Proactively seeking ways to improve the wire operation efficiencies of the bank
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of basic math and problem solving
- Knowledge and understanding of compliance and legal requirements
- Experience of at least 5 years banking in branch or back-office operations
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
