Job Summary

A financial solutions company is filling a position for a Remote FX Wire Ops Specialist III.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring daily wire assignment(s) are completed within the allotted timeframes
• Providing verbal and written communication to internal and external clients
• Identifying and escalating non-routine issues and exceptions, such as potential fraud situations

Qualifications Include:

• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to prioritize and identify wire transfers requiring immediate action
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Experience of at least 5 years banking in branch or back-office operations
• Knowledge of basic math and problem solving
• Ability to operate various office equipment: Xerox machine, scanner, letter opener, calculator
