Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote G and A Program Management Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide summary reporting to CFO and other CxOs on portfolio and projects health and status
- Develop cross departmental and intra-company project plans
- Lead the scoping and refinement of projects with Project Leads to set up projects for success from the outset
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years project and program management experience
- Expert reporter - understand what needs to be communicated to whom and the right level of detail
- Master at sequencing projects and workstreams, communicating dependencies
- Able negotiator to help people through the change management process
- Pre and Post IPO experience in a company that is scaling or restructuring
- Have developed a practical PMO and run projects that scale an organization's capabilities
