Job Summary
An e-learning company is filling a position for a Remote Gainsight Adoption Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing, iterating, and developing our newest Customer Success tool
- Collaborating across the Customer Success and Sales teams
- Developing and launching Gainsight playbooks
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated success setting up high-touch and tech-touch programs
- Experience in building playbooks and templates with CSM software platforms
- 3+ years experience in sales, support, or customer success in a SaaS technology business
- Expert project manager with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well versed in data analysis using common BI and data reporting tools
- Experienced working within a sales or customer success organization
