Job Summary

A mobile gaming software company is in need of a Remote Gaming Community Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Lead community management for company's instant games
  • Help define and maintain community management strategy including methods for engagement, moderation policies, content building,
  • Establish and maintain community calendar of events of daily, weekly and/or monthly events

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3-5 yrs of online community management experience (preferably in video game industry)
  • Knowledge of casual, social and Facebook games
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Previous experience building and moderating online communities and customer service
  • An independent, responsible and highly organized way of working
