Job Summary
A mobile gaming software company is in need of a Remote Gaming Community Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Lead community management for company's instant games
- Help define and maintain community management strategy including methods for engagement, moderation policies, content building,
- Establish and maintain community calendar of events of daily, weekly and/or monthly events
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 yrs of online community management experience (preferably in video game industry)
- Knowledge of casual, social and Facebook games
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills
- Previous experience building and moderating online communities and customer service
- An independent, responsible and highly organized way of working
