A company delivering end-to-end integrated BPO solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Work from Home Gaming Support and Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to consumers
- Providing technical support by answering inquiries, solving problems, and troubleshooting issues using call flows, knowledge bases, and published materials

- You are technically savvy and understand Routers/Streaming Video/Web Applications
