A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Gastroenterology Associate Medical Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing timely expert medical review
- Reviewing appeals for denied services
- Providing timely peer-to-peer discussions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Continued support and hands-on training provided in Melbourne, Florida office
- M.D. or D.O. with a current, active, U.S. state medical license and board certified
- Recent practice experience in direct patient care
- Have at least 5 years of clinical experience
- Familiarity with automated processes and computer applications and systems
