Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Remote GBD Special Programs Manager I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and overseeing team responsible for coordination of a comprehensive health care program
- Managing resource utilization to ensure appropriate delivery of care
- Coordinating service delivery to include member assessment of physical and psychological factors
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS; 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience
- Service delivery coordination, discharge planning or behavioral health preferred
- RN, LSW, LPC, or LPN/LVN license preferred
