Remote GE ADT Scheduling Analyst

Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Remote GE ADT Scheduling Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Resolve open help desk tickets through communication with department staff to identify the issues involved and determine the best possible solution available
• Answer workflow questions related to the application
• Be responsible for analyzing new build requests and completing system build as needed

Required Skills:

• After an initial Knowledge Transfer period of 4 to 6 weeks, work will be performed remotely. Knowledge Transfer will take place at the client site in the northeast
• Strong knowledge of hospital Revenue Cycle workflows is required
• Extensive experience in support and build of GE Centricity (former IDX)
• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree ( 16 years)
