Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote General and Administrative Associate People Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting full-scale People processes for client groups
- Providing advice and support on general HR matters to employees and managers
- Supporting the execution of HR initiatives to enable seamless, scalable growth in assigned client teams

- Possesses impeccable judgment on when to escalate issues
- Strong generalist HR experience; including supporting senior leaders
- Experience partnering with and providing HR support to teams in software companies
- Effective problem-solving approach, including innovation and creativity

- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, and facilitation skills
