A company that publishes crowd-sourced reviews about businesses needs applicants for an opening for a Remote General and Administrative Recruiting Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage a flawless candidate experience from start to finish
- Set up video conference interviews via Google Meet
- Help manage all job requisitions and post to the careers page
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have an understanding of a Recruiting workflow and previous experience in a recruiting organization
- Have exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
- Have extreme attention to detail
- Flexible and able to adapt easily to change
- Experience with an ATS and Google Suite
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, HS Diploma or GED
