Job Summary

An education management company has an open position for a Remote General Counsel.

Must be able to:

• Provide practical legal and business advice regarding a wide variety of issues
• Develop and oversee the implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
• Manage compliance efforts with respect to federal and state laws and regulations

Qualifications for this position include:

• Travel is required, 20%
• Bachelor's Degree and JD required
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and across diverse stakeholders
• At least 6 years of legal experience
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Google Platforms
