Job Summary

A climate crisis-fighting technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote General Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Preparing the company for its initial public offering
Drafting, reviewing, editing, and negotiating contracts
Advising business units on compliance with legal, regulatory and third-party obligations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

J.D. with excellent academic credentials, and a state bar member in good standing
15+ years of legal practice
Very practical and business-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
Experience as a General Counsel or Chief Legal Officer at a publicly-traded company
Experience coordinating and communicating with an international team across multiple time zones
