- Serving as a member of the organization's Senior Leadership Team and contributing to the achievement of high impact company goals
- Maintaining knowledge of organization's operations records and legal documents
Qualifications for this position include:
- BSc degree in Law or J.D. degree, licensed to practice law in the United States
- 7+ years of experience providing legal counsel in a business environment
- Overall broad legal knowledge
- Experience negotiating fundraising agreements for venture backed startups
- Experience working with U.S. government entities or lawmakers
- A proven record of successfully working interdisciplinary across teams and a fast paced startup environment
