Job Summary
A leader and innovator in the learning and development industry is seeking a Remote General Counsel Attorney.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Advising, evaluating, and setting up the appropriate legal frameworks and policies on aspects
- Advising on all policy and compliance aspects related to labor and employment, contractors, and vendors
- Advising as needed on corporate governance and legal compliance matters
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 5+ years of legal experience working in corporate law
- Excellent English verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic and desire to explore and learn and stay on the cutting edge of our industry
- Excellent planning and organization skills; meticulous attention to detail
- Highly effective at working autonomously while also able to build collaborative relationships
- Demonstrated drive for results and ability to prioritize risks and projects to focus on what’s important
