Job Summary
A software-as-a-service development company is seeking a Remote General Counsel Member.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Drafting and negotiating agreements
- Reviewing partner program agreements and documentation
- Partnering with the global sales teams in closing deals with our customers and partners
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years experience in the SaaS/enterprise software licensing industry
- Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law
- Solid understanding of regulatory issues impacting global software company
- Experience working closely and effectively with sales teams
- Experience in implementing tools and solutions to modernize processes
- Experience with Telephone Consumer Privacy Act
