A provider of entrepreneurial funding services has a current position open for a Remote General Counsel Member in Austin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Consulting and handling all corporate legal processes
• Drafting agreements that minimize risks
• Dealing with external parties

Position Requirements Include:

• Proven general counseling experience in business environment
• Overall broad legal knowledge
• In-depth understanding of how legal issues affect organizations
• J.D. degree or LLM
• Ability to develop legal strategy and objectives
• Current license to practice law in any U.S. State (Texas preferred)
