Job Summary
A process outsourcing service provider is in need of a Remote General Customer Success Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive customer success plan
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts and stakeholders
- Driving customer advocacy and references
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Proficient SQL and database access skills
- Prior Seed to Series B experience
