A process outsourcing service provider is in need of a Remote General Customer Success Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive customer success plan
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts and stakeholders
  • Driving customer advocacy and references

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Proficient SQL and database access skills
  • Prior Seed to Series B experience
