An online university for adult learners is filling a position for a Remote General Education Evaluator.

• Scoring work and crafting helpful, robust, and personalized feedback to support students
• Providing analysis and evaluation of student responses to assessment task prompts
• Utilizing a rubric created by program and assessment development faculty

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Subject matter expertise and appropriate relevant advanced degree(s)/credential(s)
• Understanding and adherence to the tenets of competency-based education and the split faculty model
• Demonstrated ability to discern evidence of competency within student submissions
• Advanced strength in written and oral communication
• Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Communication, English, or Journalism
