A student loan servicing company has an open position for a Remote General Educational Loan Services Customer Service Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping customers with their student loans inquiries
- Providing payment processing or payment options
- Interacting with customers on their accounts
Position Requirements Include:
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Ability to learn and retain knowledge of student loan industry
- Ability to work with MS Office
