Remote General Ledger Analyst

Job Summary

Overseeing hotel accounting functions, the full-time Remote General Ledger Analyst will ensure compliance with accounting standards while preparing income journals and ledger account reconciliations for hotels in North and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize the work of the hotel accounting team to meet reporting deadlines
• Prepare and review income journals and reconcile ledger accounts, including bank statements and credit cards
• Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and complete financial audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
• 2+ years of accounting experience required
• 1+ year of hospitality experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Microsoft Excel required
• Inter-company accounting experience preferred
