Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote General Ledger Software Programmer I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interfacing with customer payroll data using SQL and Reporting programs
- Testing calculations, reports, and system configurations
- Validating the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in accounting and/or computer science or one year experience in an accounts payable function
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting principals
- Knowledge of Modification of SQL Server Management Stored Procedures
- Knowledge of Modification of SQL Reporting Services RDL Reports
- Knowledge of Modification of Visual Studio XSL translation routines
- Ability to demonstrate a basic knowledge of SQL
