Job Summary

A global digital innovation company has an open position for a Remote General Legal Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading in the drafting of commercial contractswith both Serbian and international counterparties
  • Participating in the negotiating process working closely with company executives
  • Advocating and protecting the interests of company throughout the negotiating and drafting of contracts with all counterparties

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Legal expertise in the field of data protection
  • Experience working on M&A transactions
  • Experience working with other legal systems outside of Serbia
  • Strong Business English language proficiency
