Job Summary
A liability insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote General Liability Claims Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Confirm coverage and then manage claims and suits brought against policyholders for our Senior Care insureds
- Interpret, analyze, and resolve coverage issues
- Select legal counsel
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 30% to our insureds
- Minimum of three years of claim experience in handling general liability claims; Preferably with healthcare related accounts
- Bachelor's degree, but, will consider less, if the candidate possesses other, pertinent industry experience
- Other degrees, including J.D. and/or nursing are a plus
- Experience and knowledge of the laws in multiple states
