Remote General Manager

Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote General Manager.

Must be able to:

• Monitor operating effectiveness of local products/benefits
• Work directly with functional leads to ensure that national strategies and decisions will work effectively in the local market
• Assist to identify and resolve operational issues associated with incentive based arrangements

Required Skills:

• Able to commute to Iselin, NJ on a regular basis as needed
• 5+ years related business experience
• 3+ years in a managed care environment
• Project management experience with strong coordination and follow-through skills
• Strong understanding of the interdependencies across healthcare product operations
