Remote General Manager

Job Summary

A nationwide banking and financing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote General Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing revenue, volume, and market share objectives for an assigned bank book of business
• Establishing and achieving sales and budget goals and marketing strategies for the products/ services sold
• Maintaining and developing profitable relationships with customers

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Eight to ten years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of sales and sales strategies
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Excellent project management, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills
