• Executing on contract terms and operating model
• Representing externally with local health systems
• Providing leadership and P&L management over the market

Required Skills:

• Exposure to value-based models of care delivery
• Experience developing relationships with key stakeholders
• Has taken a company into a new market successfully and/or established operational processes
• Demonstrates a metrics-driven approach and is able to establish and utilize KPIs
• Can easily articulate key levers that influence cost center performance
• Experience managing a P&L within a healthcare delivery setting
