A business education company is filling a position for a Remote General Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Apply good judgement and effective prioritization to manage incoming applications
- Conduct behavioral interviews by video to assess knowledge, skills, and values
- Train interviewers and regularly evaluate interview criteria to fit business needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in a recruiting, application management, or project management role
- Experience with and knowledge of screening, behavioral interviewing, selection and candidate assessment
- Experience making well informed hiring recommendations
