A food and beverage company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Generalist Human Resources in Bridgewater.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing tactical HR solutions for assigned client groups
• Conducting key meetings and trainings to support strategic HR processes
• Leading and supporting corporate projects

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's (BA or BS) in Business, HR Management or related field
• 2-3 years Human Resources experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access) and an HRIS system
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Familiarity with and experience in recruitment, employee relations, employee communications, HR Analytics
