Job Summary
A global service provider is seeking a Remote Genesys Cloud CX Subject Matter Expert.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting a migration of their contact center to Genesys Cloud
- Focusing on voice only interactions
- Reviewing and refining requirements and update level of effort accordingly
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to work on Project kickoff and Project Plan and reporting
- Able to work on Initiation and onboarding and Migration strategy
- Able to work on Architect Development and System integration testing
