A global service provider is seeking a Remote Genesys Cloud CX Subject Matter Expert.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting a migration of their contact center to Genesys Cloud
  • Focusing on voice only interactions
  • Reviewing and refining requirements and update level of effort accordingly

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Able to work on Project kickoff and Project Plan and reporting
  • Able to work on Initiation and onboarding and Migration strategy
  • Able to work on Architect Development and System integration testing
