- Design and implement Genesys pure cloud environment configuration
- Ensure Necessary technical help and support
- Provide development, Implementation, Configuration, and support
Required Skills:
- 7+ Years of experience in Contact center technology skill-set with Genesys Pure cloud resource
- Hands on experience in implementing pure cloud solutions
- Strong experience in Genesys solutions and its products & technology
- Strong experience Cloud enablement of contact center solutions
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
