Job Summary

An IT services company has a current position open for a Remote Genesys Pure Cloud Solution Architect.

Must be able to:

• Provide technical help and support for Genesys Pure cloud implementation
• Participate in business stake holder meetings, orientation and ongoing training of new IT staff
• Work with internal telecom, infra groups to support Pure Cloud implementation

Position Requirements Include:

• Able to design and implement Genesys pure cloud environment configuration, implementation and deployment to production
• At least 12 years of experience in Contact center technology skill-set with Genesys Pure cloud
• Hands on experience in Genesys Pure Cloud solutions design and implementation
• Proven experience in Genesys solutions, products and technology
• Demonstrable experience in Cloud enablement of contact center solutions
