A genetic testing and diagnostics company has a current position open for a Remote Genetic Testing Womens Health Customer Experience Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting Sales team processing the following account requests
- Tracking International orders
- Placing kit orders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years prior customer service experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Experienced with both phone and written customer support
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and protocols
- Ability to analyze, escalate, or resolve customer questions within established protocols
