Job Summary
An environmental and human health research and analytics company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Genetics Customer Service Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing Level 1 telephone support to external clients as required
- Maintaining sensitivity to all potential issues, communicating issues to appropriate persons within the organization to effect resolution
- Reviewing laboratory reports
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma
- AND A minimum of one year of customer service experience
- 3+ years of previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous experience in a health care setting preferred
