A health technology company is seeking a Remote Genetics Support Agent.
Must be able to:
- Act as the nucleus across all departments
- Provide prompt email and phone support to our wide variety of customers
- Perform participant outreach for appointment scheduling
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or similar field
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Expert knowledge of Google Suite
- Excellent organizational and task management skills
- Great attention to detail to investigate complex cases
