Job Summary
A scientific technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Geospatial Data Scientist.
Must be able to:
- Design and analyze large-scale on-farm experiments
- Develop relationships with key academic and industry research partners.
- Fuse remote sensing data with on-the-ground measurement
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of a M.S. and equivalent practical experience
- Experience working with complex structured spatial and time-series data,
- Experience using Python and developing statistical models in a shared on-cloud database
- Expertise writing code for data analysis with Python, GIS libraries such as GDAL, GeoPandas, etc
