Job Summary

An e-commerce company has a current position open for a Remote Geriatric Nurse Educator in Jackson.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Help, support and care for our customers through quality conversations and expert customer service experiences
  • Provide an elevated level of medical expertise to assist caregivers over the phone and via email
  • Educate our Caregiving Specialists on all matter of subjects related to the support of family caregivers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state in which you work and reside
  • 2+ years of experience working with family caregivers or unpaid caregivers
  • Ability to educate our Caregiving Specialists on all matter of subjects related to the support of family caregivers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
