Job Summary
A financial services marketplace needs applicants for an opening for a Remote GGL Senior Loan Closing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating for the review and approval all loan conditions including the establishment of specific tracking conditions within loan systems
- Providing for the accurate reporting of all loan updates and status changes within Bank’s loan processing, servicing platform systems
- Reviewing construction documentation and ensuring acceptability prior to closing
Position Requirements Include:
- College preferred but can be substituted by actual experience
- Loan systems and Computer, strong typing and system skills; Includes word, excel, loan documentation software and general computer literacy and Laser Pro loan documentation system
- Strong SBA and Commercial Loan Documentation knowledge
- Paralegal certificate and 1 years experience plus SBA is preferred
